Professor Leah Hughes lives in Atlanta, where she writes and teaches. She has taught for 26 years, largely college-level English and Humanities, and publishes poetry. Fall 2015, she studied at Robert Frost's home in Franconia, NH.
I've really enjoyed writing poetry annotation lessons for NextLesson. Not only is poetry my passion, but I also had the chance to share ways of looking at poems that I have been using effectively for years. I appreciate being able to share creative and clear methods with other educators.In my free time I love live music and try to see enough concerts to average one a month. I take advantage of the music and arts in Atlanta as much as I can.
